Dim intYears As Integer = DateDiff("yyyy", Today, myBDay)

Use DateDiff

age = DateDiff("yyyy", Birthday, now())

Given todays date and a persons age, calculating their age is simple - you already know it. Perhaps this isn't what you meant.... next time try reading your question through before posting it...
