I don't know what the cord is called. You can plug it up to your Sprint phone then plug the other end into the computer and load your pictures onto the computer. What is the name of the cord? And where can I find it at?

It depends. If you have a Nokia cell phone, it's called a Pop-port cable. On some phones, it's just a mini USB port, or you can use bluetooth.

It's usually called a Mobile Office Kit, but in most cases, the mobile office kits ARE NOT capable of transferring pictures. ONLY contacts (phone book entries). The easiest and cheapest way to have your pictures on your computer is to send a PIX message including the pictures you want, and sending them to your email address instead of a phone number. Any phone can do this.

Also, a lot of cell phone companies DO NOT have the capability to use Bluetooth to transfer any information. Companies block that capability because of viruses and spam programs. Hope this helps!
