I know for sure that the disc has the software on it, and the software is only Windows Media Player 10. So if you already have it, you can go to the SYNC tab on Windows Media Player, once you have the phone on the right setting to be sync'd and hooked up to the computer. If you don't have WMP, you can see the source link below to download it. It's FREE.

legaly there is no way to download the software you need!
you can BUY a copy of "motorola phone tools" from several places including direct from http://motorola.com
if you wish to risk fines, trojans, viri and other little nasties then feel free to use a file share site such as limewire, bearshare, shareaza etc.
you can always try and use www.froogle.com or www.froogle.co.uk to search for who has the cheapeast. the choice is yours.
