It's a Apple iBook G3/800Mhz. Now, keep in mind that I'm a college student and can't afford much. Has anybody had any bad experiencec when that did buy a pre-owned computer (like a apple)?

Make sure they have all the recovery disc's and anything else that came with it (i.e. operating disc sometimes come with unit in disc form) If it doesn't come with this stuff stay clear. Also check the memory and make sure it can hold the programs you need. I found out the hard way it could be more expensive to buy used rather than new.

Buying a preowned anything can be tricky...see it it can be tried out for a week using the programs that you need to run. If it passes the test then buy it.
