I'm from the US & grew up in UK & Hong Kong. I'm an American Chinese & I'm passion for my country. In my opinions & what Minilover just mentioned, the American, British & Australian people are humorous. Living standards are getting higher & improved. In the old days, these people had discriminations on Asian people & black people as they come along to these countries applying for Green Cards & ask for social welfares without trying to get a job by themselves. Think about it, 911 let us realize that we should treasure everything once if they're here. They will NEVER come back if you miss them unless you're lucky. I lost 5 of my best friends in 911, they got killed in the 1st building & something has been appearing in my mind evrytime when I get depressed & miserable. I lost my cousin who flied with an Apache last year. Dude, be considerate to your family, your spouse & children, don't join the army unless you're forced. Take a good care of them & Happy Valentine's Day!!!

I'm not a nationalist, so I don't support any country. I support people, and what those people do.
Clarification: Ideologically, the Western World is better, in my opinion, but I think the question of support for a specific country is kind of a red herring. I think we need to support good people and toss aside corrupt people of all nations.
To be certain, there are good people in Iraq contrary to what some people might think, and likewise there are evil people in the United States. The idealist in me says that there are generally more good people in most countries than there are evil people, with the vast majority of people existing in the somewhat grey area of self interested disregard.

I'm from the US & I love the UK & Australia. Mainly because of the people. They have the best sense of humor, they debate & admit when they don't know enough to, and they have empathy. They are the closest of equivalent to the US, standard of living wise, though some perfer not to bath everyday, but we got those kind too. Most of all, they support us in the war. I would do ANYTHING for them.
