anything with vitamin C.....oranges,grapefruit, or any vegetable ...depending on what kind of wounds you have you could lotion them with pure ALOE VERA gel too

Eat foods high in protein like meat and beans. Also take a multivitamin, vitamin c and zinc sulfate. Drink a lot of water too.

Protein is very healing. Try drinking a soy drink in milk each day. Blend in a banana for extra deliciousness and good potassium.

I Don't know what you wound is but, I broke my wrist and was told to eat alot of jello and drink juices.
