for starters if you want to use it it is :
Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
remember the spaces and the capital letter on the B with this cheat you can hold down shift and click on Sims or objects try clicking on the post box.if you hold down shift and click on a sim then click spawn then sim modder you can change there skills and there lifetime wants! and theres loadz more just try clickin on stuff!
if you use this cheat:

remember the spaces and the capital E type it in the cheat box on the neighbourhood when you go into family's you can drag up and down moods and skills!
p.s. to bring up the cheat window hold down shift+ctrl+c

you can shift click on about anything and it gives you options. my favorite ones are shift clicking the sim or your mailbox. love that cheat.
