Obviously, this question is subjective, but here's my two cents :
Nicolas Cage : how he makes a living as a thespian is an unsolved mystery.
Hayden Christensen (sp) : He's so bad that he's more like an SNL spoof of a bad actor, than an actual actor.

Apart from Keanu Reeves who is undoubtedly THE most consistently bad actor EVER, EVER I'd say Tom Cruise with his exagerated anger and self satisfied smugness that seems to shine through. Makes me want to puke! (At least Keanu seems like a nice man)

Just watch Dracula with Gary Oldman for proof.
He's so crap, he makes the cast of Eastenders & Coronation Street look good.

Keanu Reeves... Unless in real life he is actually a Rhodes scholar with a British accent(then he would be convincingly brilliant). He always is the same character, Himself (even when he is playing in his band). Difficult to watch for extended periods of time.
