No,I don't think so. In England for example they take care of the crows there and the legend say that when the crows leave the tower the monarchy will collapse. And isn't a bad or good omen for a person if a crow hit you in the head. Sometimes the crows wants to mess with people. And they are very intelligent also. Good luck just in case!!

In North American Native Mythology, Crow is the keeper of law. Not just our physical, earthly law, but universal law.
Given that Crow hit you on the head, thus trying to get your attention, is there something in your life of a legal matter that needs your attention and effective handling? If not, Crow might be warning you of a legal issue that is about to emerge.
Good luck with it!

Yes. It means that the crow have eye problems and needs to be taken to an ophthalmologist. But, be happy, it is not bad for you, unless it hits you again. If this happens twice, you will have to wear a helmet.

Crows are interesting animals and they are too intelligent .Sometimes they can be angry for something to someone maybe you have disturbed it (I once read a problem like yours in news paper and explanation was like the one i wrote) So it is not a bad sign it is only their habit .
