Scratches = possible infections, or blood poisoning so I rather be kicked because the attacker will not be able to kick me any way as I will excecute a quick O-Goshi and take them down.

Depends what I am getting kicked or scratched by. I would take a cat scratch over a kick from a horse!

Scratched. The pain is temporary, and sometimes it leaves a scar. Now you can take the scar two ways...1 a constant reminder never to do that again, 2 war story to tell our Friends about :)

Scratched. A good blow from a horse can cause serious internal problems. I would rather bandage myself up than go to the emergency room.

it depends if its a horse I'd rather be scratched, but if a mouse I'd rather be kicked
