Is it -only- on your face or all over your body? If it's all over your body, stay home, you've got chicken pox, which is something we all have to get sometime.
If it's just on your face, it sounds like an allergic reaction. Got makeup?

if you have a rash go to the doctor, you could be alergic 2 something, stop using all your skincare/make up til you find out whats wrong

if its acne, go to the doctor and get some oral anti biotics, it works!
