i want to make a journy by bike to uttarakhand. how can i make it easier?

i want to go in uttrakhand by bike with my friends. i want to go to hardwar,kedarnath,badrinath,and other high places. the weather in uttrakhand is a big problem. then , in which month i should have to go there/

Hope the friend is local person in that case he should know .

Write to Indian local tourist office or Burrow, or city hall near it(they call them municipality). Internet may have the site with the info.
