Yes, you can buy progesterone cream. Just make sure it says USP on it. If it doesn't, your body won't be able to absorb it. I've been on the cream for about 4 years. I use Progestacare that I buy online through a supplement compsny. I have no PMS symptoms at all.

I hear (haven't tried) that topical creams work well. I think the cheapest are between $15 and $20, and one applies them to a soft/thin skin area (like upper chest or under the arms). Huge discount stores like Meijer have it; health food stores should also.

To stimulate a hormone balance/proper production -- try Vitex (chaste berry). Good stats on using that too.

Best wishes!

Birth control pills. But your doctor will tell you if you lack it and prescribe ones that only contain progesterone or another pill.

I sure hope you're a woman!

Yes, eat lots of Yams, they have a natural plant form of the hormone. Not the yellow sweet potatoes, but the dark orange yams. Fresh ones, baked, are best, but the canned ones will do if that's all you can find. Also black licorice, made from real licorice root, not the artificial licorice flavor.
