looking for members of parliment 1800 to 1930?

sorry made a mistake in my first question.i did not mean 1990,it would have been between the above dates my grand dad was , i am led to believe mp for st margarets bay, dover, the records before 1834, were i am told destroyed by a fire at the houses of parliment.

i have gone through, censors, bdm, but still no luck
