I would say Osama Bin Laden
He is fighting due to religion, in his mind he is fighting for religion and religion has destroyed countries in the past and still does
Religion is the most power-fullest thing there is, people will do anything for the one they believe in
Bush on the other hand only fights for power and that dont work

Define "power"?
I know first hand Bush is a populist and i am inclined to think his media management is half of his policy. Of Bin Laden, on the other hand, i know almost nothing excepts that Bush and the world media hate him overtly.
Of course both are fighting a holy war... so there must be some power at stake.
