1. If a fielder catches a ball and then he drops it but manges to kick it with his boot up and then catch it or manges to kick it to another fielder is the batsmen out? (The ball never touches the ground)

2. sometimes the silly midoffs and midons have helmets on, well always, now what happens if the batsmen hits a ball straight to the fielder and it bounces off the sillys helmet and is caught by the fielder or another fielder having never touched the ground, is the batsmen out?

The answer to both of your questions is that the batter would be out. As the ball never actually comes in contact with the ground, then they must be out. A different situation that could occur is if the fielder has removed his helmet and placed it on the ground behind the wicket keeper. If by some unfortunate happening that the ball was to hit this helmet, then the batter would automatically be awarded a six. Bit of bad luck don't you think?

A batsman is given caught out when the ball is hit and is caught by any fielder before it touches the ground, now it doesnt matter if the feilder juggles with the ball or kicks the ball back into the air or plays volley ball with it, as long as the ball doesnt touch the ground and is caught ....
the batsman is out!!

In both the cases if the ball is caught by any fielder the batsman is OUT provided the ball has not touched the ground before it is caught.

well he is out in both cases because the ball never touches the ground.we have seen many examples of fumbles by slip and then catch is taken by another fielder.in these type of cases too out is given because rule in cricket says that if catch is taken and the ball doesnt hit the ground, then the batsmen is out
