No, a snow emergency was never declared. I did get my mail delivered though. People did help the snow removal crews this time out by staying off the roads.

As of 9:00am Wednesday they have not declared a snow emergency. If you don't have to drive-DON'T. It's slippery and mail will not be delivered today.
