We are going on a cruise leaving March 4 ,2007. We went to Chankanaab Park before the hurricane and LOVED it. We probably will not do the Dolphin swim. Is the rest of the park up and running and is it worthwhile going? It was so beautiful before the hurricane. I'm hoping they were able to rebuild.

Yes, go and enjoy. Everyday it gets better. The town has done a wonderful job in rebuilding.

I was there in December 2006 (on a cruise excursion) and it was really nice. We did the GPS treasure hunt and went snorkeling; the guide said that the coral was reduced by 50% by the hurricane. I didn't notice any damage on land. We enjoyed it very much.
