Stick the hand with jar in the fridge or freezer, till cold, then the hand should shrink a bit and can then be removed, without breaking the jar.

otherwise, try some soap and should make the hand slippery.
Both ideas work though.

One might relax ones hand, pour soap down into the jar on ones hand and very carefully pull ones hand out.

get some washing up liquid and squirt it aroiund where your hand goes into the jar would help
