100.000 Gram = 3.527 Ounces

Each ounce is about 28 grams so 100 grams is about 3.5 ounces!

In old imperial 28grams = 1 ounce, but now metrically it is considered that 25 grams = 1 ounce.

So 4 ounces my little sugar plum.
