Why do gangsters hold their crotch when they walk? They are not necessarilly holding it, but they have there hand in that area whenever they walk. Is it to prevent their pants from falling?

They really don't know why...just because one rapper on tv did it and it was 'cool', they decided to do it for the hell of it. Or, it could be an itch caught from of some STD they caught for being too much of a 'playa' with too much 'flava.'

I think that it is to make sure that they haven't lost their balls yet, and to check to make sure their little member is still hangin' in there. And probably for pleasure as well, and it makes them think they are "bad". Who knows for sure. I know that it just looks really stupid is all!!

first of all..Blks who you are referring to are not Gangsters...a Gangster is who is a member of a Organize Crime Family{Mafia}.who makes money on crime.....these people make or try to make money on music.....
