House pulled out a 25 foot long tapeworm. The Tapeworm was eating the vitamin B12 that she got, and that cause her guilt.
Then the girl was put in a hospital room with her mom after the surgery.

It was a tapeworm. She'd had it a while based on the length. Foreman said it had to be at least 25 ft!
Tapeworms are parasites that live in the intestines of their hosts and intercepts the nutrients from the food the host eats. So even though the host eats, it gets weak and sick because it's like they're not eating.

Tape worm. She had gone swimming in a lake. She couldn't feel it eating her insides so it kept growing. House realized what it was while he was in Wilson's office and stole a bite of his sandwich.
