did u see a doctor?? dont b ur own doctor , go see one.asking here wont help much practically since u seem to b in big trouble.and for ur mouths sake , stop eating/chewing those tobacco, otherwise, i have seen men who had to cut out/operate out thier whole jaw bone due to mouth cancer, and yes even they has tobacco n pouch like u. so u havto decide, u want to poen ur mouth or lose a jaw......i dont mean to b rude, but u really need to take care!

How long did you use tobacco?
It is possible you have cancer in your mouth
You need to be checked out by a physician

Could be TMJ (temporomandibular) jaw disease. Don't think it has anything to do with your smoking. See a dentist.

Try to quit it , so it is better for any illnesses .
