Well if your periods are every 28 days thats normal and lots of women get backache and tender breasts when they are on their period as for the headaches well thats just because your not sleeping enough or eating enough. It could just be that you are feeling a bit run down. From what you have said i wouldn't say you are pregnant. Have a look at this website for more info on whats a normal or abmormal period if your still worried go and see you GP.

It could just be pms. And not getting enough food or sleep will cause you to have a headache anyway.

Was it a Dr that said you did not ovulate?

If you have a regular 28 day cycle and are ovulating, you are most likely to ovulate 14 days before your next period is due, which is day 15 of your cycle. Though it does vary slightly from person to person. Your ovulation day is your most fertile, and a few days up to this day too.

Since your period cycle is every 28 days, the ovary is in it's fertile stage the fourteen days between the seventh day before and the seventh day after your period.

well i think what the dr meant was that u have an anovalutory cycle in this the egg does not get mature enough to be released,so what u are experiencing might be due to stress, well there is also an ovalution monitoring done through ultrasound to see the size of the egg i think u should get that done
