Hi, i have a Nokia phone, and to get my pictures downloaded i had to get a cable from the phone shop, (take your phone to the shop and they will sell you the correct one) you put one end into your PC and the other end goes into your phone, and it should download your pictures with out any problems.

There are a number of ways you can do it, depending on what kind of Nokia phone you have, and what it's features are.
1. Bluetooth. If you phoen has bluetooth, and you have a bluetooth adaptor for your PC (which you can buy for about 5-10 quid now) You can set this up to transfer files to and from your pc to phone.
2. removable media. If your phone has a sd card in it, and you have a card reader on your PC, you can take the card out and sitck it in the card reader, brwose to the files you want to download, and copy them across.
3. MMS. On a nokia phoen you can send a multimedia message to an email address, where you can then pick up on your emails.

Depends on what type of Nokia you have. I have an N73 which is a symbian smartphone. It uses Nokia pcsuite where all you need is to install the software www.nokia.com look for support and pcsuite should be there. You will need a usb cable it should sync automatically once the usb and the phone is found.
