Can anyone explain what this is? It would be great if you can elaborate, much better if you can somehow relate it to The Boor and The Proposal by Anton Chekhov. Thanks! =)

Chekhov? i have not had this author since grade school ..well i will try to remember the lessons of my youth.
The Boor were non political for the UK them under their control for eons..therefore sexual repressions had been the norm and the colonial thinking kept the masses down and the religion of the people sent the majority into a socialistic state...the middle class did not fare well and the rich became richer and the poor...well the poor are the salt of the eearth...but they will not inherit the arth nor the meek as this is for the rich only and the men of destiny.

This essay does not define the political as that relatively narrow and exclusive world of meetings, chairmen, and parties. The term "politics" shall refer to power-structured relationships, arrangements whereby one group of persons is controlled by another. By way of parenthesis one might add that although an ideal politics might simply be conceived of as the arrangement of human life on agreeable and rational principles from whence the entire notion of power over others should be banished, one must confess that this is not what constitutes the political as we know it, and it is to this that we must address ourselves.
