Get a piece of paper, write two columns
Think commute, tolls, public transport, financial stability of company, corporate culture, personality, purpose, close to schools for continuing education courses, gym, mall, shopping center, close to other relatives you could sleep over at in case of a storm. Is this s tep up, step down or a lateral, what is better about either of these places, will I get laid off or outsourced, will they train me or teach me more so I can feel better about myself

You need to weigh up the pros and cons of each. Give them a rating out of five for each of these:
a) Salary
b) How much you would enjoy the job
c) Travelling to work
d) Colleagues you would be working with
e) Career progression
f) Benefits e.g. private medical, bonuses, discount on gym membership
g) Hours of work and flexibility
h) Social scene after work
i) Profile of the company
The company that scores the most points is likely to be the more attractive position. Good luck!

That's a no-brain-er! Which job do you love doing (or love the most if you're that fortunate)? Do what you love, then get someone to pay you to do it! :)

well i would gues the first deciding factor would be financial rewardss - as in salary and perks... then followed by opportunity for personal growth...
