Yes he was! Everyone thought he was destined to be a great player but he proved to be a bust! Tony Mandarich is another example of a complete bust along with Brian Bosworth.

Yeah he's definitely in the conversation along with Dan Wilkinson (1994) and Ki-Jana Carter (1995) who both happened to be drafted by the Bengals.
