Ok ive been looking into somethings seems i can find between7-12 scientist who were hired by the government some over 80 years ago to do a study on marijuana, ofcoarse they all said it was evil just like the feds thought, since then we have destroyed the lives of over a million people due to this scientific evidence. Now over 300 scientist say global warming is real and if we dont mend our ways we will not leave a planet for our grand kids or amybe our own children. And americans scream no way scientist can be bought of to say anything......................... not when it comes to pot? is your suv more important than you children? i thought you bought that hummer cause you love your kids

It's corrupted that way. They won't begin to worry about global warming until the world begins to flood. Have you seen "An Inconvenient Truth"? Al Gore made a good point. America's reaction to Global Warming is much like a Frog and a boiling Water. If a frog jumped into a pot of boiling water...he'd jump right out. But if he jumped into a pot of cold water than gradually got warmer and warmer...he'd sit there..until it got unbearable..before he jumped out. Global warming is the pot of water gradually getting warmer...and we're the freaking frog sitting in it waiting for it to get unbearable for us to even think about jumping out;.

I am an American and I am not evil. I harbor no ill will towards anyone. I have no designs on making life more difficult for anyone. I am not interested in taking anything anyone else has for myself. If you harbor some guilt then express it properly by saying "I believe I am evil" and kindly let the rest speak for ourselves.
As for Global Warming, I find it amusing that people who believe it and wish to limit the lifestyles of others always cite the number of scientists who agree, but never the number who don't and there are indeed ample numbers who don't. Here again, take responsibility for your life and the rest of us will do the same. People seem to believe that because they believe something and think they have the best interests of society at heart that they have the right to impose their will on the rest of society. Let me enlighten you, you do not have this right and never will.
Edit: What makes you think all people believe pot is bad. What I believe is that it is illegal. I have not seen any definitive studies which lead me to believe that it is necessarily harmful. Further this goes in the same vein as the global warming debate. I am sure you could find scientists who would dispute any contention that pot is harmful.

Evil? No, I don't really think so. A lot of us are greedy and lazy. A lot of us don't care about others. Sometimes we look like the Roman Empire-we're gluttons who consume cheap goods from places like Wal-Mart (no thank you!) made from "slave labor". We buy ridiculous vehicles so we can look successful (guys, your pee-pees are fine-their not too small). I drive an 11 year old Accord and don't feel the need to trade. Its paid for, and I have enough disposable income that I give to several charities and enviromental groups. I also have a solar oven, which helps reduce my energy consumption. I wish others would take responsibility for a better world, no matter how small their contribution may be. Every little bit helps.
Our politicians can be bought for pennies. That is where our problems lie.
Are we disgusting? Yes, I believe we are. We consume way too much.
Sorry about the rambling, I'm still brewing coffee.

So, let me see if I got this straight; You're angry with Americans because you want to smoke pot, which is against the law, and you're jealous of people who drive SUVs because you're not willing to get a job so you can buy one, and that makes Americans evil?
You're just wrong on a whole lot of levels. Americans are far from evil. Americans are the most generous and caring people on the planet. If you don't know that, maybe you don't know what it is to be an American so perhaps you should quit calling yourself one because of an accident of birth location.

I don't an SUV or an Hummer and I'm not evil. You need to look outside your borders. Go breathe the air in most other countries in the city. After you get done choking, drop us a line.
