Not being self-centered or selffish, giving without even thinking about receiving, smiling, being happy, caring for those around you, loving everyone. From small favors to big favors outa the kindness of your own heart. Helping others from the rich to the poor.

The greatest thing one can do with own life is to give it up for the most deserving cause, although it requires a whole lifetime to search for and ascertain the most deserving cause!!

To be alive! and to appreciate what we have. And in the bad moments, not to give up, but fight for yourself or others. So many things are great, but we don't see them, so now days everything is about big goals, money, careers, perfect love...our lives are great from the moment we believe in what we do, whatever that is.

Create something. Whether it's a product, a piece of art, ideas, or kids....creating brings fulfillment. A life lived for others is a wasted one.

Some may say that reaching self-actualization is the supreme goal of existence. May I suggest that life is a process of effort to become a more compassionate person in every aspect of living. In this regard, the use of all of your attention to soften your heart and offer compassion to all suffering is a worthy ambition.
