Okay, this may sound hilarious, but...
When I'm having a really bad day with sweat, I use the Men's Arm & Hammer. The powder form. It works a lot better than my day to day stuff (Secret).
In fact, in general, I've noticed that men's deodorant is often a LOT stronger in stopping sweat. So you could get a men's powder deodorant with little or no scent. Then wear a body spritz to give you a femine smell.
Like I said, that has worked for me in the past when I'm having a hormonal day and can't stop sweating for nothin'.

Obviously, make sure it's an antiperspirant AND deodorant. You can try Certain-Dri, which is only an antiperspirant, and supplement it with a deodorant. If Certain-Dri isn't effective, look for B+Drier. It has a higher concentration of aluminum chloride. If you still don't get the results you need, see a dermatologist. They can prescribe an antiperspirant with 20% concentration aluminum chloride.
Certain-Dri -- 12% Aluminum chloride, liquid
B+Drier -- 15% Aluminum chloride, liquid
Prescription (Drysol usually) -- 20% Aluminum chloride, liquid

I recommend Secret Platinum antiperspirant/deodorant.
It's the 19% aluminum zirconium trichlorohydrex GLY that makes it successful.

I the two use Arm & Hammer or Tom's of Maine. they do no longer make me smash out like different manufacturers do. I in basic terms swap up if i will no longer locate the specific one I want, this is Arm & Hammer necessities organic Deodorant Unscented. That one's perplexing to locate in my section.

Try a different deodorant. My guy likes gel forms of deodorant, and that Axe spray works well :)
