you need to call baby lulu clothing and ask to speak where the wholeseller is. mostly likely(because most states require it)you are doing to need a business license and/or tax id.
if anyone tries to sell you "wholesale" without those they are lying to you ans your are not actually buying it wholesale. so you are probably not going to make much profit of any reselling it on ebay.
I repeat DO NOT BUY from anyone claiming to sell wholesale without asking for your business/tax id they are the middleman therefore they are jacking up the price. A real wholeseller would be risking their business license by selling to you wholesale.
