Hmmm.Forgot to /was too busy to? Come on, every shop window has giant pink and red hearts screaming at you; every mickey mouse corner shop has Valentine cards;too busy? I don't accept that. I'd be upset.
Having said that, I have a friend who has been married for 32 years to the SAME MAN!!Their wedding anniversary is on the 31st Jan. He buys her flowers and takes her out to dinner for the anniversary. One year, he forgot it was valentine's day; the flowers from the anniversary were still fresh in the vase..he simply forgot. They had the most almighty row. He's boat mad, and had gone to a harbour town to look at a boat he was hoping to buy; he got so caught up in the bargaining that he totally forgot to buy the card!
Has your partner got that sort of busy busy life??

No , if you are married or have been dating for a long time, then valentines day should be like every other day,,,,,,you love each other everyday and you should show it everyday,,not just valentines day,,and besides your partner still has tonight to make up for it,,so just relax..you were going to throw out the card in a week anyway!

If u really love this gal it should not be a problem of she not buying you a card true love is much beyond that.
If u r upset of she not buying you a card take her out for lunch or a dinner buy her a heart shaped pendant and see her happiness and if u love this gal u will discover ur happiness in her

No. It's just a day. I'm sure you weren't forgotten. Just wait until later. Do something else. It's only a card....a peice of cardboard that was over priced anyways. Valintine's Day is way over rated and no I'm not single so I'm not just being all bitter. I'm very happy in my relationship of 6 years. We hang out at home. Don't sweat the small stuff...it's a bad start.

It's still early and maybe they were busy setting something special up for later. Just wait, cause possibly they have something better than a card planned for tonight and you don't want to ruin it by getting upset prematurely.

No one is too busy to buy a card. Yes you should be upset and you should tell him/her that you are upset.

sure, why not, if you have nothing better to do. But instead I'd suggest that you go out and buy yourself a present to make you feel better (about you). If you didn't buy your partner a card then now is the time to buy it.
