Although society has changed its expectations in the workworld, women and men have increasingly had equal opportunities. I would suggest that women being an afterthought is an opinion not a fact. Likewise, a woman being in a man's world is also an opinion. Truth be told, the main emphasis now is people are given promotions and rewards based on education and performance without focus on their gender.

man chase a women until she catch him
women brought us into the world and spoiled us rotten..we were always taught to be waited on by women..good mums..make poor husbands...make sister do all the work..bigtime...
lets face it ...it is and always will be not fair for wome but women control most of the money and outlive as they are the caregivers and take better care of their health...they have less vices..and more emotions..and they are not afraid to see doc or cry...enough
