In answer to your question, the Democratic Party has done an EXCELLENT job of at least using the propaganda that they're better for minorities. Personally, I don't think either party is, but that's just me.
Fiscally, the Democrats ARE better for minorities. Socially, I think the Republicans are better.
This is why I'm not Democrat OR Republican.
I think minorities should register as independent. Maybe they'd have better luck getting their voices heard if they played on neither side.
