I would suggest getting a better quality watch. Gold plating should not come off.

You get what you pay for, so your can't expect the watch to stay in top condition for very long...
Buy a real gold watch!

Try not to get it wet. Take it off the washing up or taking a bath/shower.

dont get it wet it will wear of eventually try a thin layer of clear nailvarnish on it every couple of weeks.
