all you need to do is download all your music or rip them from cd into your pc using wmp10 although 11 is better, free download at microsoft.com..... then connect your mp3 player, virus scan everything you want to put on it...
then, click: view/select-all/move or copy to mp3 player

If you mean download mp3s from the internet, then you need a programme to do that. Windows media does not do the downloading. It can only burn.
Install a programme such as limewire and search for mp3s of your choice. Then move or copy them to you MP3 player.
If you already have the tracks and need to convert them, then use divX converter to convert them into mp3s.
