Meaning...should they support you?

In my opinion, the one you love should not "make" you feel better about yourself, but rather that should just come naturally! And, of course that person should support you, or tell you that you are making a possible mistake and if you still choose that way, then she/he should support your decision!! That is part of the entire "Love" idea, is it not? No one can make you feel better about yourself, but your loved one should just make you feel better about yourself by being with you and giving you love and support!

They should support you, but also challenge everything about you, so that you can choose to be a better person, and make better decisions, if your not already. Two people in love should be able to bring out the best and worst in eachother, and thats why being in love is so hard.

That would be a good plan for the most part but the best support you'll ever get is from yourself.

I think they should, cause if they
do the opposite ( not support you and
make you feel bad about yourself )
Then they are hurting you. And that
is not something someone you love
does intentionally anyways.

They should support you no matter what, except when you do something morally wrong. Then it's their choice if they should support you or not.

Everyone should have confidence in themselves. Although, the one you love should love you for who and what you are. They should support you and love you unconditionally.

yes ♥ but its important to be able to feel gud on ur own..cuz no matter how much ur lover cares for u, there will be times when u have to look inwards to find the strength to meet the day, a friend doeasnt make u feel bad about urself, they make u feel gud about urself, but its too much to expect them to make u feel gud about urself all by themselves, in my experiance i think... ♥
