my questions is ,is it is sufficient to thrive in corporate world with undergraduation degree or is there any need to higher studies....

In corporate world, If you want stability then it is necessary..to get higher studies..
Look my friend, Higher study In india!! It's really a tough job..
Because for higher study you need much money...
Rather choose, your familly business Or go for technical Line...
Soon you choose soon you will be stable Psychologically..

I think it really depends on your field of study or speciality. I also think that cream rises to the top, no matter where it's placed. I've known many clever Bachelor-degree holders; conversely, I've known many Masters-degree holders that couldn't think themselves out of a wet paper bag. This should evidence itself in interview processes.
