I am too tall and I think I am merely average.
On that note, it would be more prudent for someone to make the observation and assessment for himself or herself. With this said, it would be a way to boost another person's confidence. Where is it written that compliments died out with the passage of the twentieth century?

apparently (amongst other things).... my voice (my bf heard me speak from around the corner and thought "I have to meet her" - or so he says :) so he walked around introduced himself and the rest, as they say, is geography...jokes, history!
