Yesterday I would feel dizzy when I was up moving around. Almost seemed like how you feel before passing out. The last night and today I have a pain in my right side. More of a pressure than a severe pain but can definately feel it.

ALL medicinal drugs HAVE aspect results. Every one of them. Certainly if the part results had been hideous for many of the populace they wouldn't get prescribed very on the whole. I don't know some thing unique about Epitril or Nexito+, however anti-depressants tend to have part results reminiscent of weight attain, reduced libido (sexual want) and (my private favourite): despair. Yes, some anti-depressants reason depression in a small portion of the population. Unluckily, one of the crucial without doubt locations for anti-depressants to intent despair is with young adults. To have these medicinal drugs prescribed (as a minimum in the united states), you may have bought a health care professional who's staring at how the sufferer reacts to the drug and alterations medications and dosages as appropriate. I do know of 1 character who has ended up shifting throughout a few anti-depressants as her body has initially reacted well and then over time (years) the drug has had much less and less result until she's needed to change to something else. For most of the population, the majority of medicinal drugs showcase few side effects taken within the proper dosage for the on-label use (i.E. "as meant"). If you're not utilising it for anything it was designed for, you might be misusing it or in some cases simply seeing that of your physiology, the drug will have other results than those meant. EDIT: Dry mouth is a recognized side outcomes of some anti-depressants (e.G. Welbutrin). "Giddiness" is simply too just about the meant result to make any real remark. Don't mistake happiness for a facet influence! You and your medical professional may just choose to change the dose. No person should be THAT completely happy!

Do you still have your appendix? I would go & see the doctor. My appendix decided it wanted to come out at the age of 39...Your symptoms sound familiar.
