personally i think all this is over the top! This also is my 1st valentines day with my g/f and i got her a nice teddy bear and some chocolates! And a single red rose as it is our first valentines day together, the longer she stays with me the more roses she gets haha! And after work i am meeting her for a few drinks then back to my flat for dvd and a take away! Oh and exchange gifts, if she has got me one! I would just go with the dvd, flowers and leave the soppy message out and maybe the newspaper! Some food and a bottle of wine or something! All the other stuff is too much for 1st time! Good luck mate|!!!

Not just saying this, but you must be giving the most romantic and imaginative gifts today. They're so thoughtful, and I bet no one else has come up with anything like this. I'm sure your gf will love the gifts, and love you more for coming up with these ideas. I can just picture thousands of guys running out for bags of Maltesers now ! Don't forget to put a S on the end of "stand" in your note.

I really like #3!

And 2's neat, too.

Actually they are all fine, but maybe the DVD should have been a romance? But that's ok maybe she really likes that movie and everything else is romantic although I have no idea what maltesers are. Hopefully something chocolate but not a laxative?

Don't change the note on #5.

Relax, she'll like it and you're making yourself even more special in her heart. :)

Aww, that's really sweet and original and a really good effort.

I'd be more than happy with that providing you weren't some guy I'd only just met last week! If she knows you well and has no worries about you stalking her, then I think she'll love em all!

Five gifts thats wow a lot. I would be stumped if your girl doesn't apperciate any of these things. I think you should be more confidents. If you and this girl is tight then you shouldn't worry about what to give, for she should love it and know it that its all from you. Try to remember that its not always materialistic and since its your first and all with her takes thing slowly to get to know her and closer to her. Other than that I clap for you . . . a lot of girls would like a guy who thinks about his girl . . . i know i would

that's so romantic, i love it! Mabye you may want to contain some little 'promise' vouchers, eg, rubdown, meal cooked for her, slave for an afternoon?! you'll do high-quality :) in case you wish them noticeably designed, e mail me, i'm a image artist and that i might want to like to assist out! free of route! Goodluck and that i love your theory, she is an particularly fortunate woman!

All brilliant except for the different colour rose in no 5 on the list. It's too similar to the malteser one (which I think it great btw) & the roses note isn't quite right.
It's nice to kow that some bf's make an effort! She's a lucky girl!
