well you need to have a girlfriend first... then you should find the icon at her house.. its going to look red with two people... you have to wait until she is at home... it might take some time.
sometimes you have to take her on a date first... but right after its over you will find the icon at the front door.

It is only for the PC Grand theft auto and you have download that multi thing from the website. You can get the complete Grand Theft auto San Andreas game for free on the computer from this website

you cant, you need to download it, its called Multi Theft Auto or (MTA) its free btw
(oh for ps2 lol, didnt read that bit)
