this site has loads of downloads and emulators for psp can even turn your psp into a remote control for your tv.. i used to download all my gear of this site when i owned a psp
the website will tell you step by step just follow the instructions good luck..
then find a website which lets you download sega/atari roms and make sure you have the correct firmware otherwise you cant play them..

Your PSP must be homebrews enabled. For PS1 games, your PSP must be either in 3.03 OE or 3.10 OE.
If you don't know what I'm taking about, I don't recommend you try it. Because the process is very risky and can turn your PSP into a worthless piece of junk.
