BE THERE FOR HER,BE SUPPORTIVE IS THE MAIN THING! HAVE YOU SEEN DOCTORS , HAS SHE BEEN PROVEN TO BE INFERTILE.IF NOT YOU BOTH NEED TO SEE FERTILITY SPECIALIST. TO FIND OUT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.THEN I WOULD GO FROM THERE IT COULD BE HER OR YOU OR BOTH OF YOU. GOOD LUCK!I KNOW THIS IS A LITTLE OFF THE QUESTION YOU ASKED BUT I THREW IN A LITTLE EXTRA INFO.
I READ THE FOLLOWING BOOKS AND THEY REALLY HELPED ME FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT. I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK! I AM ALSO TRYING TO GET PREGNANT AND IT TAKES TIME SOMETIMES. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND BEST WISHES!
HERE IS SOME OTHER STUFF THAT COMES IN HANDY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO CONCEIVE BASIL THERMOMETER (CHEAP DRUG STORE ONE WILL WORK TO) THE ONLY REASON I SAID BASIL WAS BECAUSE IT HAS DIRECTIONS HOW TO DO IT. TO TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE TO SEE IF YOU ARE OVULATING.
I WOULD USE PRESEED LUBRICATION WHEN HAVING INTERCOURSE. IT IS MADE JUST FOR THOSE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT. I LISTED WEB SITE BELOW.
I PUT IN A FEW WEB SITES THAT MIGHT HELP YOU THEY ARE MAINLY ABOUT OVULATION !THESE BOOKS ARE REALLY GREAT IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT (GETTING PREGNANT by: NIELS H. LAUERSEN,MD,PHD &COLETTE BOUCHEZ)(TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR FERTILITY by:TONI WESCHLER,MPH) THEY REALLY HELPED ME. THE TWO BOOKS COVERED EVERYTHING AND THEY WERE GREAT.
I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK!ANOTHER THING IS JUST RELAX AND IT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU AT LEAST EXPECT IT!

First of all, it sounds like you're assuming that SHE is the one who's infertile when it could just as easily be you. Even if you had children with another women before, it doesn't mean you couldn't be infertile now.
There is nothing that you personally can do to increase your wife's ability to conceive and safely carry a pregnancy to term. She should be referred, by her gynecologist or primary care physician, to a fertility specialist. Once it's determined IF the problem is hers... or if perhaps you have a low sperm count or sperm with low motility, or a million other possibilities, then together you can work out a treatment plan for a successful pregnancy.
Best of luck to you!

Who is infertile? You probably need to go see a specialist about this.

You both need to go to a fertility specialist- There could be some fertility problems with you also. Her obstetrician should be able to refer you to one.
