Why do men get divorced?

Honestly, I believe that men need to feel like they are the center of someone else's universe. When their children come along the wife get's busy being the best Mother she can be and the Man start's feeling like he is not the most important person in the world to her. Women get put under the strain of judgement from other women around them. These include Mom, sister's, aunt's, friends, co-workers or fellow church members. She is not only trying to just please her husband but suddenly trying to please him, the child and the idiot women around her who will make nasty remarks to her about how she is not up to par.

A lot of men are just boys in a grown individual's body. Instead of stepping up to the plate and putting as much energy they can into their wife and children they become depressed individual. They get sad that it is not all, 100% about them any longer.

A lot of divorces have to do with the men and their Mothers. If a man's family does not except a woman he is madly in love with, they can persuade him into divorcing very often. They will run the wife down so bad that eventually he agrees.

Boil it down to. Men are easily brainwashed by women. Their Mothers, Sisters, and the outside woman. Unless they are a closet gay and finally feel free to come out of the closet.

I talked to a lot of elderly men who left their first wives that have told me that if they could do it all over again they would have never left their first wives. One retired Senior Airforce official told me that he hated the way his second wife folded his underwear, because it was different from his first wives method.

Just this week an man (52) said that when he divorced his first wife and married his second it was just Pride and Selfishness. When he divorced his second wife and married his third wife it was plain stupidity. He his third wife divorced him and he said he set up hoping she would becuase he knew that he only married her trying to find someone just like his first wife. Which can not be done.

My first husband came back and apologized to me and said it was the dumbest thing he ever did and I told him that I felt sorry for him. He also told me something that made me want to vomit. He said, "I was looking for someone who would Mother me and you did not do it anymore. She does and that is what I needed." Mind you we had no children and I was a career woman who made more then he did and he could not handle that. The woman he left me for had been married for 20 years and she is 3 years older then he was and 6 years older then me. He has since past away.

Pretty strange.

How could it only be men? Don't ya need a woman to divorce?! Or are there a lot of married women out there that don't know they have had a divorce?

For some of the same reasons that women get divorced:

- arguments over money.
- a lack of compromise.
- a lack of forgiveness.
- selfishness.

As with women, I think it's because the relationship between them has gone bad. Or they have fallen out of love.
