How do I get a refund for a downloaded game that will not work?

I have installed and uninstalled Law & Order several times now, and it does not work correctly. How do I get a refund? I am tired of screwing around with it.

Write to the service from where you bought the download from. Tell them about the problems you have and what you tried to do.

They probably try to help you.

I don't think you can get a refund if you have downloaded a game over the internet, onlyif you bought it at a store and return the disk with a recipt.
