Dog Travel? Is that a travel agent or something? If you want something professional, you'll generally have to pay - especially seeing as you haven't really specified any dimensions, what style, or what the company does.
Web Designers need money too, don't forget.

I don't see why anyone would make you a logo free of charge, unless they are a very close friend of yours.
I suggest either doing it yourself or offering to pay for the artist's services.
