Black people are only about 13% of the population of US. It's no way they can be getting the bulk of welfare. We need to stop this lye.

African Americans account for roughly 50% of all welfare benefits. They only comprise 12% of the population. That is a disproportionate number on welfare compared to whites. Don't fight facts, change the situation to change the reality.
