First, try the other doors and if they open you can push from the inside.

You can try banging on the edges of the door with your fist, but not so hard as to dent the panel. This might break the ice enough to open the door.

You can also use a heat gun or hair dryer, blowing all around the seal until the door opens.

As a last resort you can try using a can of de-icer. They usually come with a straw-like attachment tip and can get into the small seals around the edges of the door, though the chemicals in the de-icer may damage the rubber seal. Check with your local auto parts shop about this.
